This portal is used by Suppliers & TOCs who carry out contracted Heavy Maintenance, Modifications and Enhancements on the ATL fleet of trains. The primary purpose is to allow the contracted company to register Additional or Arising Work Requests which, when authorised, will be carried out as a supplement to the scheduled Repair or modification job.

Before the Heavy Maintenance provider can complete the Arising or Additional work the Work Request must be approved by the appropriate ATL Contract Manager.
